s o BANK OF NEW ZEALAND DIRECTORATE. THE RUSSIAN FORCES. AUSTRIAN MOVEMENTS. (united pbess association.) Received Nov. 16, 1.20 p.m. London, Nov 15. It is rumored that Mr T. Russell, a director of the Bank of New Zealand, has resigned, the Hon. Sydney CarriGlyn replacing him. St Petersburg, Nov. 15.. Russia is about to increase her forces on the western frontier by three divisions of infantry from the Caucaus. Other changes are contemplated m the direction of increasing the strength of the army. , . Vienna, Nov. 15. It is reported that Austria intends to transfer two divisions from Bohemia to the Galaciau frontier.
