THE COMMISSION OF, INQUIRY. (Per United Press Association.) DUNEDIN, Dec. 11. ft is understood that the Royal Commission appointed to inquire into the expenditure of the Defence Department will consist of Mr .Justice Stringer, Mr Peter Ban* (accountant, Dunedin) and An- Charles Kiiodes (Auckland).
