TROUBLE AT HONG KONG. BT ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH.—COPYRIGHT, PER UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION. Received November 30, 9.55 a.m. HONG KONG. Nov. 29. Owing to electric tram authorities refusing debased Chinese coins placards were posted on the streets threatening passengers. Many of the men belonging to the Royal Artillery and the Ist Yorkshire Regiment have been enrolled as special constables to protect the trams.
