ASSAILANTS ESCAPE. BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH.—COPYRIGHT. PER UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION. Received February 9, 10.55 a.m. ST. PETERSBURG, Feb. 8. While the police were arresting suspected railway robbers at Cbelm, in Russian Poland ? the latter shot and killed three policemen. They then threw a bomb, killing a passer-by and wounding two others. The assailants then escaped.
