General Boulanger has demanded the urgency of his Constitution Revision Bill, and declares that a serious crisis is impending. He considers the Presidency of a Republic is an unnecessary office. Durban, June 3. A conflict between the followers of the Zulu Chief Denizulu and the British forces, resulted in the former being routed. The Chief Usibequ also encountered a small force of dragoons, and two of the latter were killed. Reinforcements against Denizulu are being despatched.
