ASSETS' IN' AN ESTATE. The assignee in. the estate of Archibald Smith, a bankrupt farmer, of Walton, was successful before Mr. Justice Smith in the Hamilton Supreme Court in a claim to recover from Henry Talbot. George* brother-in-law of Smith, and Wynifred Kelsall, sister, who were executors in the estate of Elizabeth Smith, deceased; mother of 1 bankrupt, the value of certain fodder. The claim was for £l5O, being the value of two stacks of hay and three stacks of ensilage which were on the property, part of Hereford Park, occupied byArchibald Smith when he became bankrupt. The- fodder was subsequently sold by Mrs. Elizabeth Smith. The judge gave judgment for plaintiff for £65 and costs. •
