THE LATE REV W. R. CAMPBELL.

FUNERAL AT WAIAU. The funeral of the late Rev W. R. Campbell took place at Waiau on Friday afternoon, and was very largely attended. Cheviot, Hanmer and all parts of the Amuri were well represented. The pall-bearers were Messrs A. \V. Rutherford, jun., G. L. Rutherford, Erio Rutherford and Alister Rutherford. Tiio service at the graveside was conducted by the Rev J. H. Thomson (Waiau) and the Rev Dr Envin (Christchurch), the latter delivering an inspiring address on the saintly life of the deceased, whose parish covered so wide an area and whose life was spent in ministering to others.
