ANNOUNCEMENT OP CLOSING
TIMES
[Pek Press Association.] AUCKLAND, January 30. Sir Joseph Ward stated that the way now was clear in regard to publication of the times of closing of outward overseas mails, although the names of vessels would not be announced. Thq alteration would be inaugurated very shortly, but he was unable to say whether a corresponding change would he made with regard to incoming mails.
