Sir,—Would yon kindly allow me space in your paper to bring under the notice or whom it may concern a neglected street, in our city, Allen Street? T*he young women who work at the Kaiapoi Clothing factory have in wet weather to walk in pools of water and mud to get to the factory. Tho kerbing of the channel is broken off, and grass is growing in its place. Grass is growing all along the fences, and there are patches of broken asphalt in'froub of the factory which are an eyesore and a disgrace.—l am, etc.,
