Sir.—As your correspondent, "Grain Grower," points out it looks as if the Government are playing into the hands of the millers with a vengeance, in letting them have wheat, thatprobablv costs about 7s a bushel, for about 5s 9d. and then letting them sell the flour from such wheat at any price, The cost of Canadian wheat must b* between 8s and 9s landed here, must cost considerably more to shir/ it here than to London, and the price in London, is 64s per quarter.—l am. et °" ANOTHER CURIOUS GRAIN GROWER,
