MINIATURE RIFLE SHOOTING
ST PETER'S CLUB, TEMU±A. ! On Saturday evening twenty-sevon members of the St Peter's Club, Teaiuka, fired for a trophy presented by Mr W. F, Evans. Tlio shooting showed a marked improvement, and included two " possibles." In the ehoot-off J. R. Moore proved the winner. The following are tha ten highest scores:—A. Whitehead 70, J. R. Moore 70, G. Proudlock 69, W. Morgan 68, "W Whilehead 63, J. H. Poddcr 68, W. Hobbs 6S W. F. Evans 08, L. Heap 66, G. Robinson 66. APHBURTON. A miniature rifle match was fired on the Ashburton range on Monday evening between teams representing the Foresters' and Druids Lqdgcs, wllen the former won by S'2 points. The scores were:—Foresters 639, Druids 606.
