FATAL EXPLOSIONS. United Pre.=s Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON. Juno 27. At gun practice on board the French cruiser Jules Michelet, t'.vo explosions occurred. The first wounded thirteen men, but practice was resumed. Another gun back-fired at ilio fiftieth round owing to overheating, and terribly injured ten men, oi whom three have since died.
