EARL OF CREWE’S CONDITION. United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, March 5. The Earl of Crewe, Secretary of State for India, who sustained slight concussion a few days ago, is progressing as favourable as can be expected. Ho fainted owing to gastric trouble, duo to overwork, the concussion being only a secondary trouble.
Other politicians aro also feeling the strain of three elections and four autumn sessions in five years.
Lord Motley will represent the Indian Office and lead the House of Lords during the Earl of Crewe’s illness.
