NEW IMMIGRATION BILL. United Frees Association —By Electric Telegranli—Copyright. LONDON, March 3. Reuter’s Cane Town correspondent states that the new Immigration Bill will repeal all previous laws and substitute one applicable on April 1 to the whole Union. There will be no distinction of race or colour, thus removing the serious Indian grievance. The education test will be borrowed from that of tho Australian Commonwealth.

The Johannesburg correspondent of the “Daily Chronicle” states that- if the visit to Europe does not improve Mr Botha’s health, lie will probably retire from politics.
