[Frost Our Correspondent.] TIMARU, April 24. At a meeting of the Temuka Bicycle Club on Friday evening, tho secretary presented the balance-sheet of tho Easter race meeting, at which the New Zealand championships were decided. It showed a profit of £74 12s 6d. It was decided to hold a bicycle road raco from Temuka to Waohdyke, hack to Winchester, and finish at Temuka, on May 13. On Thursday afternoon a bicycle road! race vras run from" Pleasant Point to Albury and back, a distance of thirtv-flvo miles. There wero twenty-three starters,'and the result was as follows:—L. Tozer (Temuka), 4£min, 1; W. Ward (Winchester), 7min, 2; F. Stevens (Oraxi), 3-Jmin, 3. The prize for tho fastest time was won by J. Tozer (Levels), who started from Scratch. His time was lhr 35min 3sco.
