Sir, —The by-law our Council passed* and for which wo grav© them niuchi thanks, regarding the “ footway ” m the avenues, is now again constantly broken by cyclists, so that ladies ana children are again becoming afraid or being knocked down. This is especially the case in the Bealey x\,venuo. would not complain if the roads were in a bad state, but there is a splendid! patli each side for cyclists. Hoping something may be done soon to stop nuance-lam, etc, mother>
