MELBOURNE, May 30. Hides.—The market is steady, goodconditioned lots tending in sellers' favour. Messrs Dalgety and Company, Limited, have received the following cable, message from their London office, under dato May 29: —Since our last telegram prices of tallow in general are unchanged. Good demand lor low and inferior descriptions of tallow. Poor demand for mutton tallow in general.
