United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright. THE MURRAY FLOODS. MELBOURNE, October 13, The Murray floods have subsided. A DETAINED STEAMER. At a meeting of the Marine Board, the secretary reported that the steamer Lord Antrim was placed under detention on account of her defective equipment. Her lifebuoys required repairing, and her supply of rockets was defective. An inspection of the steamer was made at tho instance of the New South Wales Navigation Department.
