The New Zealand Farmers’ Co-opera-tive Association announce that the next wool sale will be held on January 5, instead of January 4. Entries for the Kaiapoi. cycling sports on Boxing Day dose to-night at the City Hail, with the secretary. No short trips to Richmond will be run on the City and Suburban Tramway to-day. Trams will run hourly to New Brighton, between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. A poll for the election of five members of the Sefton-Ashley Drainage Board will take place on Friday at Sefton. The usual short interval holiday trips will be made to Governor’s Bay to-day by the Purau and Canterbury. The Tramway Board announce several alterations in time-table to-day. Entries for the Boxing night Wheel Race Meeting will close at the City Hall on Wednesday night. Special evening trains to-day are advertised in this issue.
