“ PALM OIL.” United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, December 14. Mr James Morgan, a partner in the firm of Meyer, Limited, informed the War Stores Commission at Pretoria that certain sergeants in the Army Service Corps and the Remount Department at Bloemfontein received from his company £SOOO for surplus stores, accumulated as perquisites. He had personally paid an officer £2OO for facilitating the transfer.
