The adjourned general meeting of the Dairymen’s Union will be held at the Zetland Hotel to-morrow, at 8 p.m. The anniversary services of the North Belt Presbyterian Sunday School will be held on Sunday. A public meeting will be held in the Choral Hall, on Monday evening, at eight o’clock, in aid of the Melanesian Mission. Tho Bishop of Melanesia will give an address, which will be illustrated with lantern slides.

A general meeting of the. Women Teachers’ Association will be held, in the Girls’ Friendly Society’s rooms - , at eight o’clock, on Friday evening.

The annual picnic of the tailoring trades will be held at Little River, on Saturday.

Mr O’Bryen Hpare will lecture at the Metaphysical Rooms .to-night on " Telepathy and Thought Transference.” The Woolston tanneries picnic will bo held at Governor’s Bay, on Saturday.
