LYTTELTON NAVAL ARTILLERY.

On Monday night Major Hewlett, officer commanding the Lyttelton Artillery Division, inspected the Lyttelton Naval Artillery (No. 5 Company Garrison Artillery) at Fort Jervois. There was a good muster. Lieutenant Fordham was in command, and Lieutenant L T pham was on parade. Captain Hume, Royal New Zealand Artillery, was also present. The men were exercised in standing gun drill.
