TREATMENT OF CADETS.
TO THE EDITOR. : Sir, —Having heard from various sources that the cadets which are in Christchurch in order to attend the military review are not being well cared for, I should like to know if such really is the case. Several of the boys themselves have complained that they do nob get enough to eat. Should that be the case, I would like to Bee such a disgraceful state of affair’s speedily remedied. Hoping you will take the matter up and see that the young soldiers get decent treatmeht.—l am, etc., . ... ' PLENTY TO EAT. Christchurch, June 21, 1901.
