THIRD TRIAL OP MRS SMITH. United Press Association—By Blectrio Telegraph—Copyright. SY'BNEY, June 20. Mrs Smith, in a statement, said that her reason for not bringing her friends oves here as witnesses, was that it was quite bad enough for herself and her husband. The Judge summed up strongly against the accused. He .said that there was not a tittle of evidence to show th&t deceased took a tonic, and so support the theory of accused's counsel of an agapeg&tion of poison. At ten o'clock to-night fthe jury were unable to agree on a verdict, and were locked up -for the night.
