MINISTERS' SALARIES. tJnited Press Association—By Eleciria Telegraph—'Copyright. MELBOURNE, Juno 20. There was a l -long debate in the Federal House whether Ministers 'should take the £4OO a year provided) in the Constitution as members' allowance, in addition .to salaries. It has been the custom in the States to forego the allowance when taiking the salary attached to office. By 30 to 22 it was agreed that Ministers should take the allowance.
