The District Meeting met, again yesterday morning. . ; ' It -was-"decided to, send, a ’missionary, deputation, to the 'various circuits 'in the district,: the/Rey :A. Peters being appointed for tha purpose. : ; . --. ; .. Mr j. A. .Bowroh. was elected, to represent the ;meetiug,at -the annual assembly to fca held in Norwich, England, with Rev E. Bouden as alternate representative. Mr J. A. Flesher was appointed district treasurer for tha ensuing year. ’ The Revo J. Soaking, C. Penney, J. Edwards, Messrs Brown, Oxtway, Cutler, Leadley, Burns and Watson ware elected a district committee. The committee was empowered to deal with certain coaassional properties in the district. The Rev J. Hoskiag and Mr J. A. Flesher were appointed ns a deputation to convey fraternal greetings to the next Bible Christian District "Meeting. After passing tho usual votes of thanks to tho officers for their services, the ladies for entertaining the representatives, and the Press for publishing reports of the proceedings, the meeting adjourned until 0 a.m. to-day to receive tho report as to the decision of the Wesleyan Conference in reference to Methodist Union.

This evening the programme of the sacred concert given last week will be repeated.
