At the Taursnga licensing meeting, an application for the removal of the Yorkshire Gray Hotel license to Rotorua was granted, but the Bench, intimated that if a house according to plan was nofc_ erected and finished before the next licenaing meeting in June, the renewal of the license would be refused.
