Scott, who has been interesting himself in getting the Agent-General to take in hand arrangements for the show of New Zealand cheese and butter, has received a communication from Messrs Trongrouso to the effect that the Agent-General will gladly assist when an opportunity offers, such as a representative meeting of the Colonial Institute. Day, 120yds, won the Mile Eoadster, and with 450yds won the Two-mile. 220yds Flat Handicap—T. J. Lynch 15yds, 1; T. E. Mackay 2. Time —22mia o£seo. 440yds Hurdles —J. T. Prain 14yds, lj W. A. Low scr, 2. Time —65sec.
