ADDITIONS TO THE NAVY. [Special to Press Association.] LONDON, Deo. 7. It is reported that the Admiralty will build immediately one first-class cruiser, four battle ships, and fourteen torpedo catchers of the Havoc type. The Daily Nevjs asserts that Sir G. Portal’s report recommends that Uganda should be included in the Zanzibar protectorate. Sir W. T. Marriott, M.P. for Brighton, has resigned his seat.
