RAVACHOL. [Special to Press Association,] PARIS, June 22. . A clerk in the French War Office has been arrested on a charge of selling official documents to the German authorities. June 23, Eavachol has been tried on five further charges for a murder near St Etienne. He confessed his guilt in an address, in which he gloated over his crimes, and was sentenced to death. Ravachol tried to justify, on Anarchist grounds,, the murders he had committed. BERLIN, June 23. Princess Margaret, sister of the Kaiser, is betrothed to Prince Constantine of Hesse, [Received June 24, at 7 p.m.] Captain Bulow, who was wounded in a native attack on the German position in the Mashi territory, is dead. It has been decided to send 170 men to reinforce the Kilinangarsh stations. ATHENS, June 23. M. Tricoupis has succeeded; in forming a Ministry.
