[Received June 20, at 11.20 a.m.] IMPORTANT ACTION. MELBOURNE, June 20. In the action Penglaze v. Bank of New Zealand, tried in March last, when the Judge refused to admit evidence tendered by the Bank to prove certain deeds lodged as security, and gave judgment for the plaintiff for'£lo,ooo, to be reduced to one shilling, when the deeds are delivered over, the Bank appealed to the full Court. The latter has decided that the primary Judge was wrong in refusing the evidence, and has ordered the case to be re-heard. IMPERIAL INSTITUTE. BRISBANE, June 20. Sir J. F.
