An official message from Moscow states that serious fighting o'ccurred last month on the border of Outer Mongolia and Manchukuo. The Outer Mongolia forces were at first forced to retreat, but the Japanese and Manchurian troops were subsequently repulsed, leaving 400 killed and many wounded. The Mongolians lost 40 killed and 70 wounded. ~
