TE KUITI HARRIER CLUB
HARD GOING LAST SATURDAY. Conditions for last Saturday’s run were the worst experienced to date, the 7 &-mile course consisting mainly of mud. However, an excellent muster of enthusiasts was again present and they thoroughly enjoyed the run despite the hard going. The pack was led in by D. Tapp, closely followed by M. Gorin and C. McCalman. A new member who appeared to be very fit was W. Walker. Members are commencing to train harder with the intention of sending a team to the Waikato championships' to be held at Te Rapa on July 29th.
