TENNIS. (Own Correspondent). The games between Te Koura and Mokauiti Tennis Clubs, played at Mokauiti, were well contested and thoroughly enjoyed by. both players and spectators alike. The final score —Te Koura 13 sets 137 games, Mokauiti 11 sets 144 games—was a very clear indication of the run of play. Details are as follows, Te Koura players being mentioned first: — Combined Doubles: R. Martin and Miss Takarau lost to L. Aldridge and Miss Law 5--7; R. Buick and Miss R. Takarau beat F. Longden and Mrs. J. Kirk 7 —5; Wani and Miss Mariu beat R. Opie and Mrs. Blundell 7—5; Mason and Miss M. Buick beat H. Kirk and Mrs. Longden 7 —6; A. Kitson and Miss T. Buick beat A. G. Cooper and Mrs. Greener 7 —5; H. Buick and Mrs. Cooper lost to E. Law and Miss Pattillo 4—7. Men's Doubles: Martin and Buick beat Aldridge and Longden 9—4; Wani and Mason beat Opie and Kirk 9—6; Kitson and H. Buick lost to Cooper and Law B—9.8 —9. Ladies' Doubles: Misses Takarau beat Mrs. Kirk and Miss Law 7—4; Misses M. Buick and Mariu beat Mesdames Blundell and Longden 7—3; Mrs. Cooper and Miss T. Buick lost to Mrs. Greener and Miss Pattillo 2—7. Mens' Singles: Martin lost to Aldridge 4—7; R. Buick beat Longden 7—6; Wani lost to Opie 5—7; Mason lost to Kirk 4 —7; Kitson- lost to Cooper 5—7; H.
