AUSTRALIA IN DAVIS CUP.
WIN IN DOUBLES MATCH. McGRATH TO REPLACE QUIST. (Press Association.—Copyright.) (Received 10.20 a.m.) London, July 20. The Davis Cup doubles resulted in Crawford and McGrath defeating Cramm and Henkel, 6 —4, 4 — 6, 6 — 4, 6—4. McGrath will play Henkel tomorrow, as Quist will take no further part in the Davis Cup contest against Germany. An X-ray of Quist’s ankle which was sprained in his match against Cramm, showed that a ligament was torn or displaced. On Saturday he could not put the foot on the ground and he received further treatment.
