In the last one hundred years there have been 437 revolutions in South America. There has been on an average about one revolution every three months. . There are only two republics that have reason to be satisfied with their Governments Switzerland and Czecho-Slovakia. France is cursed with political gangs. Its Governments tumble down like houses of cards. It has never known the meaning of stability.. The United States is now all a-tremble because of the Presidential election this year. Every four years; there is a turmoil and an 1 upset. So, when we count up our assets and advantages, we should not ;the Monarchy. ;
