HEALTH OF WORKERS
RESPONSIBILITY OF EMPLOYERS. STATEMENT BY PRINCE OF WALES. (Press Association. —Copyright.) (Received 10.5 a.m.) London, December 5. "No man's occupation should endanger his life or health," said the Prince of Wales when addressing the Industrial Health Education Society. The Prince added that it was the duty of an employer to provide hygienic equipment for the worker and observe all regulations of health in industry. This meant a good output, good earnings, and . contentment, but as the workers must earn their daily health just as they earned their daily bread the risks to their health should be avoided.
