PERSONAL.
Mr J. Kiernan is visiting Auckland. Mr and Mrs W. J. Broadfoot returned from the North yesterday and are spending a week at Mokau. Mr Keith Williams, now of Ohura, was on a visit to Te Kuiti yesterday. Mr J. Lee, a member of the Royal Automobile Association, and a world tourist with 158,043 miles to his credit, left Te Kuiti on Thursday for New Plymouth. Mi' and Mrs Sidney Low, of Sen Point, Capetown, who are making n tour of New Zealand, are the guests of Mr and Mrs J. Hacket. . Mr and Mrs M'. C. Stranger an< ! family have returned from their holidays. Mr G. R. Evans, who has filled tie post of farm manager at the Government Reformatory Farm at Te Awamutu, has been appointed farm manager at Wesley Training College. Paerata.
