Mr J. Cameron, District Railway Traffic Manager, is in To Kuiti on official business. Mr T. M. Somerville, a prominent Dunedin business man, is spending a few days in Te Kuiti. Miss O’Lauchlan, of Papatoetoe, is the guest of her brother, Mr H. J. O’Lauchlan. Recent inquiries made in Wellington! go to show that the Prime Minister (the Right! Hon. W. F. Massey) is progressing steadily towards recovery. Mr J. B. Murdoch, chairman of the Hawera County Council, and family, and Mr O. H. Barnett, a member of the Clifton Council, were staying ait Kelvin yesterday.
