BRITAIN AND DOMINIONS.
TREPARTITE SECURITY SCHEME BRITISH CRITICISM OF DOMINION (Press Association.) London, January 4. The newspaper "The People.'' says the Committee of Imperial Defence has rejected the protocol, which, following on the Dominion's rejection of Mr Chamberlain's Tripartite Security Scheme, embracing France, Germany, and Britain under the League of Nations, has finally killed the protocol, leading to the abandonment of a disarmament conference. Mr L. C. M. S. Amery is disappointed at the Dominion's attitude, which he regards as a staggering blow to the Government's desire to consult the Dominions at every opportunity. IHHMMnMMHMMHMm
