With the roads rapidly drying the settlers in this part of the world arc able to travel with more comfort than has been the case for some months past. The supply of milk to the factory is steadily increasing which is gratifying to all concerned. Inspector Burnside has just visited our district, and he apparently could plainly see the necessity for a school as he decided not only to form a school district but to recommend the erection of a school to hold fiU children. The site of the school is evidently not, definitely known but some four sites were examined and it is likely that the site chosen will be somewhere close to the present school or hall. The School Commissioner and his committee an. 1 to be congratulated upon the fact that their persistent efforts are about to be rewarded and the parents are to be also congratulated that at last their children will be able to attend a school house built especially for that purpose.
