MASSEY COLLEGE STUDENTS.
An increase of nearly 150 per cent, in the student membership at Massey Agricultural College was indicted at the annual meeting of the Students’ Association recently. This increase has
been largely due to many ex-servicemen taking farm management courses prior to taking over properties under the Rehabilitation schemes, and to the introduction of the new horticultural and other courses at the College. Apart from those taking the short course in herd testing, wonijli students number 22. The new executive will be as follows:—President, Mr A. L. Rae (Stratford); hon. secretary, Mr M. Milliken (Auckland); hon. treasurer, Mr I. W. McKay (Waipu); delegates, Diploma students, Messrs P. Worley (Renruera) and B. C. Wright (Hanjilton); Degree students, Mr S. R. Hewitt (Tuahau); short course, Mr T. P. Costello (Auckland); ex-servicemen, Mr J. W. Quinn (Grey Lynn); winter sports, Mr B. L. Mcllraith (Wellington); summer sports Mr J. G. Spite (Oamaru); social clubs, Mr R. Gallagher (Mount Albert); women, Miss M. I. Norris (Havelock North).
