CURRENT RATION COUPONS.
The current meat ration coupons were available until Saturday hist. Coupons No. 39 expire on August 6, and a new set of coupons, No. 40, will be available from July 31 to August 13. From August 1 to August 19 the value of the adults “H” coupon will be increased from 7d to Bd, and the value of the child’s “J” coupon from 5d to 6d, making the value of the weekly ration 1/11 for adults and 1/ for children. This is in accordance with the seasonal changes in the retail price of meat, and the amount of the ration is not affected. Tea coupons 37 to 40, for a total ration of Boz, and sugar coupons 37 to 40, for a total of 31b, are available until August 6. Butter cupons A 39 and A4O, each for Boz, are available until August 6. Hosiery coupons XlOl and XlO2, each for one pair of fully-fashioned silk or art silk stockings, arc to expire to-day.
