WEATHER REPORTS
Following are the weather reports tor November, 193 G, from the recording stations mentioned: — Kaikoura (Mr C. A. Jensen): Rain fell on 12 days for a total of 5.32 inches, 1.50 inches falling on November 7. I'or November, 1935, the fall was 4.30 inches on 12 days, 84 points falling on the 12th and 25th. Lynton Downs (Mr E. E. Weavers): The total rain fall was <>.o7 inches on 11 days, 1.91 inches falling on the 7th ami 1.96 inches on the 30th. For the same month last year the fall was 5.5>5 inches on 13 days. 86 points falling on the 10th. Hapuku (Miss Harle): Rain fell on 13 days for a total of 9.81 inches, 3.02 inches falling on the 7th and 2.91 inches on the 29th. For November. 1935, the fall was 6.44 inches on 14 days, 69 points falling on the 14th. Puhi Puhi (Mr H. A. Fairweather): The fall for the month was 6.22 inches there being 12 rain days, 1.78 inches falling on the 7th. For November 1935, the fall was 8.36 inches on K days, 2.25 inches falling on the 10th.
