ACTING PRESIDENT ARRESTED ALSO OTHER DELEGATES. (United Press Assn—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) CALCUTTA, April 23, Mrs Sarojiri Naidu, acting Congress President, was arrested on a train leaving Bombay for Delhi, -where she intended to attend the Congress meeting in defiance of the Government. -Other delegates wore arrested for a similar defiance.
