Over fifty Congressmen arrived at Delhi and attended the banned meeting. A SECRET MEETING TO CONTINUE DISOBEDIENCE CALCUTTA, April 25. Pollowing the arrest of Congress leaders, there is tense excitement at Delhi. The authorities succeeded in rounding up most of the Provincial delegates, hut a few managed to meet secretly and carried resolutions pledging loyalty to Gandhi and resolved to continue disobedience till India has achiev ed freedom.
