GREAT BLAZE
1,300 HOUSES DESTROYED. SEVERAL CASUALTIES. (United Press Assn—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) TOKYO, April, 22. A nightlong conflagaration fanned by a gale, wiped out Omiya Base at Puji, destroying thirteen hundred houses. There were several deaths and scores were severely injured. The damage is estimated at three million yen.
