NO INCREASE
COROMANDEL POWER CHARGES
STRONGMAN ELECTRICAL CO. Although the Strongman Electric Supply Company Ltd., of Coromandel, was. by Order-in-Council dated August 9 last authorised to make increases in charges for electric power no such extra charge has in fact been imposed on consumers.
The managing director, Mr J. G. Strongman, stated in a recent interview that it was not the company’s intention to impose any increase in charges to consumer's in the immediate future unless exceptional circum-, stances made it necessary.
