FILMS AT THE BAY
DIVERGENCE OF OPINION
TENDERS FOR HIRE OF HALL
With the completion .of the operating box in sight, the Mercury Bay hall trustees have called tenders for the hire of the hall for the screening of 35 m.m. films.
Although there is some divergence of opinion as to the merits of 35 and 16 m.m. films, the weight of opinion seems to be in favour of the former. A caretaker has now been engaged for the hall, which should give satisfaction to hirers, who have so long prepared the hall for themselves.
