At the recent isattinig of the No. 1 Transport Licensing Authority, at Thames the ehmrmian, Mr E. J. Phelan, eoanmeinted on the very bad state of the Turua-Orongo road, and said lit was a pity that it seemed impossible to have anything done to improve it.
